How does Zoho reply detection works?

Unlike Gmail and Outlook, Zoho Mail does not provide a reliable way to detect replies in real time.

As a result, when you send emails using a Zoho Mail account, Mailmeteor will not report reply rates accurately. This is a technical limitation of the Zoho Mail platform, that we reported to them several times.

In the example above, the reply rate may not be accurate when emails are sent from a Zoho Mail sender account.

That said, you can still create campaigns with follow-up emails using Zoho Mail. Before sending a follow-up, Mailmeteor always performs an additional reply check. This verification works across all supported platforms, including Zoho Mail.

If we detect a reply before sending the follow-up, such reply will be reported in your campaign metrics. Hence why you might see some replies being detected, but not in real-time.
